Slumbox has dozens of custom made comic books for the game. These can be found in dozens of conditions and variants including the rare signed and sketch edition variants.
These comics can be collected or sold. Brittle comics break apart in your hand, and sealed ones cannot be read until they are opened. Watch out for vandalised or blood covered comics as they will be harder to read but will sell for much less.
Sketch edition comics are the early sketch drafts we saved to put in game. You will find them far less frequently but they will be worth a lot more.
We figured we may as well use everything we’ve got when it comes to enriching Slumbox with as much content as possible, and coming.
Alongside our jampacked library of in-house comics made just for Slumbox, we have also collaborated with the ever talented Beetlemoses and have over 25 of his finest webcomics which you can find in similarly all conditions in the City.
Here is a copy of Hackers that was spawned into the game Misprinted. This makes it worth more credits but depending on how bad the misprint is, makes it harder to read.
While comics value defaults at 10 credits, a sealed one will sell for 15. But you cannot read it until you have ripped off the seal. Finding a sealed rare comic can be a big moment… Do you risk losing money for a cheeky read?
